Alert Level 2 Update

Dear Parents and Caregivers

It was good to hear we are moving back to Alert Level 2 at the beginning of next week. We look forward to welcoming all our students and staff back onsite on Monday 31st August 2020. Thank you once more to our parents and caregivers for the support and resilience you have shown through Alert Level 3.

Alert Level 2 – Monday 31 August

No Parents/Caregivers on school grounds at Alert Level 2 due to contact tracing.

Drop Off at the Gate 8:30 – 8:45 am for all students

• Staff present at all gates to assist
• Park away from the school grounds and walk your child to the entrance

Pick Up at the Gate – Year 1 at 2:55 pm and Year 2 – 6 at 3:00 pm

• Staff present at all gates to assist
• Ensure your child knows where you will meet them at 3:00 pm
• Keep your meeting point the same
• If you need to pick up your child early for an appointment, please call the office. A staff member will bring your child to the designated gate at the requested time.

Key Health Measures

• Good hand hygiene
• Cough and sneeze into your elbow
• Staying away if sick
• Keeping the appropriate physical distance from others (in class this means not touching each other and keeping out of breathing distance)
• Cleaning and disinfecting our high touch surfaces daily
• Displaying QR code posters at our entrances 
• Masks are optional
• Sports, music, cultural groups and assemblies will be suspended until further notice
• If informed that your child is unwell while at school, please pick them up promptly
