Dear Parents/Caregivers,
This morning Auckland moved from Alert Level 3 down to Alert Level 2. Therefore, we welcome students back on site on Monday 8 March. The following information outlines our Plan for Alert Level 2 at Sunnybrae Normal School.
The success of our plan relies on the support of our parents and caregivers.
- Keep children home if they are unwell.
- If your child is showing symptoms, they should remain at home and you should seek advice from your GP or Healthline (0800 611 116) about possible testing before returning to school.
- If you are informed that your child has become unwell while at school, please pick them up promptly.
- The best measures of prevention are hand hygiene, cough etiquette, no touching and keeping out of the ‘moist breath zone’.
