Class placement information and stationery lists for 2022 will be emailed out on Tuesday 14 December.
In 2022, we are hoping that Sunnybrae Normal School will be open in full for all students. The guidelines for 2022 are subject to clarification and guidance from the Ministry of Health/Ministry of Education. We are committed to continuing to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our children, staff and school community.
It is important to note that children will not be reclassified to repeat the same year. Our teachers will continue to cater for the learning, social, and emotional needs of each child regardless of their year level.
If your child is in Year 1- 5 and they will not be returning to Sunnybrae in 2022, please email our Deputy Principal, Karen Rodger at krodger@sunnybrae.school.nz. Alternatively, if your child is to start at Sunnybrae, please let us know.

Help Needed – Returning Resources
|
It is very important that we have all library books, reading books, devices and sports uniforms returned this week in order for us to have them ready for our programmes at the beginning of the 2022 school year. If you are yet to pick up your child’s stationery and belongings, please contact the school office to arrange for pick up as soon as possible.
Thank you to those families who returned and collected resources last week.

|
Used Uniform Donations Welcome
|
Please call the office to arrange drop off of any good second hand uniform that you would like to donate. You could also send it in with your child during their onsite school days if you wish.
We would like to thank those families who have already donated uniforms throughout the year. Please know this has been thoroughly appreciated.
